Documentation Required to complete an order
 

For us to complete a replacement number plate order we require two types of documentation. This is needed so we can comply with the DVLA regulations and legally create and send your plate to you.

The two types of documentation are listed in the boxes below [Pick one from both Proof of ID & Proof of Entitlement] when you have placed an order, upload and send the documentation to craftedplates1@gmail.com with your order number in the subject of the email. 

Once we have received your two types of documentations via email we will then process and ship your order.

Proof of ID

  • Driving licence, with or without a photo

  • Electricity, gas, water, landline phone, council tax bill

  • Bank or building society statement (issued within the last six months)

  • Passport

  • Debit or credit card issued by a bank or building society

  • A police warrant card An armed forces identity card

Proof of Entitlement

  • Registration Certificate (V5C)

  • New keeper slip (green slip)

  • Certificate of Entitlement (V750)

  • Retention Document (V778)

  • Renewal reminder for vehicle tax/ SORN (V11)

  • Temporary Registration Certificate (V379)

  •  A ‘Number plate authorisation certificate’ (V948 or eV948) or a ‘Trailer number plate authorisation certificate’ (eV948/2) with a DVLA stamp
